1. Returns

a. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accompanying documents (e.g., certificates, invoices).
c. Any tampered, resized, or altered jewelry items will not be eligible for a return.

2. Refunds

a. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
c. Shipping charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

a. If you would like to exchange an item for a different design or size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
b. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or process a refund.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry
  • Personalized gemstones or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or clearance items

5. Damaged or Defective Items

a. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
b. We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

6. Return Shipping

a. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
b. For high-value items, we recommend insured shipping for secure returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

7. Processing Time

a. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item.
b. The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
